SnapFiesta is a revolutionary photo booth—a booth without the box. We provide an open air system that escapes the confines of a traditional photo booth and creates an interactive photo booth experience. With a portable studio, and extremely high-quality photos, SnapFiesta makes amazing prints that guests love.
What events are best for SnapFiesta?
SnapFiesta provides services for events of any type. We function best in open areas that guests frequent, transforming any event into a fun photo experience. The photo booth can serve weddings, corporate events, private parties, and promotional events.
How much space does it take up?
Our ideal footprint is 10′x10′; however, the set-up can be as small as 6′×8′ if needed. It is preferable to operate in spaces with a 10’ height clearance as well, to accommodate our studio lighting, but we can fit into a space as little as 7’ high.
Do you provide backdrops?
Yes we have a variety of backdrops and can even create custom designs and sets for your event. Here are some of our standard and premium backdrop choices available.
How are the photos taken?
Standard we include an operator that will take photos for the guests and interact with them. Some occasions call for touch screen or a remote switch that guests can use to take control.
Can you do on-site printing?
Yes, we can print immediately on site. Our standard print option is double 2×6 strips with 4-images and space for an optional text or logo. You can also upgrade to premium printing, such as 4×6 or 5×7 sizes with folders.
Is there a limit to the number of photos and prints?
With our standard print options there’s no limit to the number of sessions your guests can enjoy! With our standard printing packages guests will receive double photo strips from each session. You can also upgrade to a double print, or reprint on-demand option for higher volume events to ensure every guest gets a print. With all events, your guests will have access to an online gallery to download complimentary web-sized images, or order prints.
How can guests view and share the photos?
Photos are placed in an online gallery on our website for public viewing and ordering after the event, and can be password protected. Through our social media upgrade, SnapFiesta can share photos instantly from the event to Facebook, Twitter, and by email.
Can the gallery be password protected?
Yes, of course! Let us know ahead of time on what access convenience option you prefer.
Can the photos be branded with my company logo or event details?
Yes, we can overlay photos with your event information, sponsor logo, and any other promotional branding elements. Additionally, we can help you create a customized set, from the background to unique props, so your entire experience will be unique.

Where does SnapFiesta provide service?
SnapFiesta is available for bookings throughout the world, with offices in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Austin and Dominican Republic.
Is it possible to project photos in real time?
As a premium service, we have the capability to project a live feed from the photo booth anywhere inside your event. Additionally, our photo booth can be equipped with a high-resolution LCD monitor, allowing guests at the event to view a slideshow of the photos.
Do you work at outdoor events?
The short answer is, yes! However, there are often more logistics to arrange with an outdoor event, so be sure to contact us so we can make sure we can help work out the details of your event.
How long can SnapFiesta stay at our event?
Our pricing packages begin with an operation time of 3 hours, and we can accommodate full- and multi-day events.
Do you provide props?
Yes, a variety of props are available depending on which package you select. With advance notice, we can tailor a custom prop package specifically for your event.
How long does it take to set up and break down?
It takes between 1.5-2 hours to set up and about 45 minutes to break down.
Is there a SnapFiesta attendant on site?
An attendant from the SnapFiesta team will always be there to assist guests and ensure the best service and operation possible.
